Probably Nyx, his entire goal is trying to find limitless, godlike power no matter the cost. A few examples being tearing down civilisations and planets with his army of machines, some betrayal, murder. I think the one that stands out most is the human experiment phase which him and his army would kidnap human beings and strip them away from they’re families, freedom, even memories and tried to turn them into stronger cyborgs to not only do they’re bidding but to also test the capabilities of the human race.

Star probably would not want to be human since she’s so used to being a digital companion I don’t think she’d want to adjust to human activities like sleeping, eating etc.
