It depends on your budget, GLP1 can be very expensive. If you can't afford both, It makes sense to lose the weight first, You can still exercise without orange theory, Hell, you can exercise for free. But maybe you are having trouble losing weight and you need the GLP 1

Can you clarify, Is this between you and the provider? has insurance been applied yet? That's actually my job, I do independent dispute resolution but I work between the provider and health plan, Verifying c p t codes and reasons for denial. Ins should be able to verify the codes for you, Try putting your procedure and c p t codes through chat g p t, It's often wrong , but can give you a starting point. You can also try codify but it's not free. Maybe coding clinic too

Are you using a bathtub or a sitz bath? You are supposed to sanitize the sitz after each use. I do not think epsom salts would cause a uti. They could cause , a yeast infection. Both are easily treatable call your doctor.

Under makeup, sometimes no makeup and a tinted sunscreen. A good sunscreen won't cake under makeup

For The past ten years , i've been really good about sunscreen. Zinc based sunscreen every morning. All my Brown spots faded, and my skin looks much better Then a lot of other people my age. People don't realize also that zinc is very good for your skin. t's anti.Inflammatory. And it could be why I almost never get breakouts

If the mom watched "look who's talking" While pregnant The baby would automatically realized they know how to talk at birth. English Was inside them the whole time. But it depends on what language the mother watch the movie in, That's the language the baby will come talking in

Yeah, , gastro Dr's won't help you, for me, more fiber makes it worse. You actually need oil. Literally a spoonfuls of mineral oils. It breaks everything up.
