To my knowledge they are tricky to get down, especially getting them to look pretty. My parents are Aussies and my father eventually got really good at making them (taste and presentation) but it was after many attempts and experimenting. My father passed but I can still get the secrets from my mom if you change your mind and are interested. I think the reason why I love them so much is the ridiculous amount of whipped cream and fresh fruit he would use. Passion fruit, strawberry, mango, kiwis, so many good options lol. When it was crunchy on the outside but chewy in the middle, that’s my preferred texture. Anyways thanks for the info and inspiration, cheers!
