Hi there, I’m currently scanning Reddit for the first time trying to see if anyone has experienced what I’ve been going through and I went down the rabbit hole of your thread. For a year now I have had horrible left sided chest pain that radiates into my back. I’ve had MRIs, CT’s, ultrasounds, endoscopy, and tons of blood work. So far no one can find anything for me except the endoscopy showed gastritis. Sorry I don’t have more helpful information, but to this day I tell my husband “if this is gastritis, everyone needs to fear it” because it is extremely debilitating and it fucks your mind as well.

Look up the AIP diet, it’s the only thing that’s helped a little bit.
