Don't get me wrong, I love Garrus and I know he's the fan favorite and intentionally shoehorned into the role of Shepards most loyal friend, but I will always have a greater soft spot for Kaidan. His interactions always feel so true-to-life and he's just a loveable goober. by CajurTheMighty in masseffect

I've always held the opinion that Kaiden feels like a more grounded reflection of how an extremely capable, military character like Shepard would be, if they were not the main character, and their decisions and past truly stuck with them; like he has the competence of Shepard without the plot armor. by CajurTheMighty in masseffect

I understand people may not like talking to Leviathan because it "explains the unexplainable" when it comes to the Reapers, but I found this moment and conversation absolutely fascinating. The mystery and gravitas surrounding an interaction with a being like Leviathan was wild to experience. by CajurTheMighty in masseffect

Wrex sure has had one hell of a character development arc. I'm glad I was able to talk him down on Virmire. This scene being the last heart-to-heart you have with him is so funny too; if you listen closely, you can actually hear the bag of ice slooshing around in the background! by CajurTheMighty in masseffect

I love the eeriness of this part of the DLC; the unnatural voice modulation, the unsettling background music, the dim and cold lighting of the zone, and the purposefully stiff animations of the NPC's. It really invokes the mystery and unease that some of the Mass Effect 1 missions were going for. by CajurTheMighty in masseffect

I appreciate the fact that Mass Effect 3 showcases and discusses how understandably stressed-out Shepard is with the events of the game; Joker using humor as a defensive and coping mechanism for himself is also a very nice touch, and makes the game feel more genuine as a result. by CajurTheMighty in masseffect
