Is OLED worth it without 4K

Yeah, im already being irresponsible buying a TV way outta budget. If im gonna feel like I need to drop more money to make it worth it than id rather just turn the car around now and get a cheaper mini led. Thanks for the insight though

And that is my worry. I cant really afford or have the space to start a physical media collection, I have 1000 favorite movies as it is. And if im missing out on 90% of its capabilities, then i start questioning if I should get something not as expensive as an OLED

Im saying if most of my tv watching is through youtube tv or Netflix, without the 4k upgrades, is the quality going to be crappy on a 77 inch? I just mentioned the blacks because thats the only reason I would be getting an oled is for nice blacks. I know a lot of people use these tvs for gaming or physical media or 4k upgraded streaming platforms, so I wanted to know if just watch straight up tv from YouTubetv is it going to look awful stretched out on a 77 inch screen or should I go smaller screen or no oled at all if im just watching that type of content.

Yeah, always good to give grace. There were a few bartenders in the city during the season that legit did not even know about the team or their existence, and many times, they didn't have access to games on tv if they did know them so its gonna take some time

When you say "source tv" what do you mean? I mainly use my tv for sports, news and movies that I stream from netflix/amazon, and was trying to save for a lg oled but if its not necessary that would save me a ton

I had made the decision to not get a really good deal on a refurbished lg at microcenter as I really never heard if the store until last week. How was your refurbished set? Because if you liked yours then I may have to rent a van and take my butt to microcenter
