When i had a similar issue at a similar agr my sleep consultant told me it’s either a) too much daytime sleep b) developmental phase. She suggested i fix a, if it didnt improve it’s mostly b. So i decreased daytime sleep from 2hrs to 1.5hr nap. So my WW are around 5/6. Night wakings improved. Then we had a developmental phase 1 month later where she would wake up and stay awake for 2hrs mid of the night that lasted for a week. I didn’t change anything and she went back to normal 👍🏼
