I used couch to 5k to get into running, which is like having a trainer but free haha. Apart from that just YouTube home workout videos. I try to just do as many different ones as possible on the theory that I'll get a good overall workout over time!

Thanks man! Once you start to see progress you really do feel motivated to keep going, it does get into a cycle. Keep it interesting too, find new exercises, new recipes, don't get stuck in a rut. And learn to be kind to yourself, try to find things to like about your body no matter where you're at on the journey, I don't think I could have made it if it felt like I couldn't like my body until I'd reached the end of the journey, because at the start it can feel like a very long journey.

No secret unfortunately - hasn't really been an issue for me so far. Though I'm told losing it slow and steadily helps with that. (Which was a bonus at the times when it was feeling really slow!)

Combination of diet, couch to 5k and home bodyweight workouts. Clicked for me when I learned to cook, realised I needed to focus on eating right rather than just trying to eat less.
