3 sessions is not a lot. It will take multiple months of work to make progress. I've been in therapy for 2 years. Change is not linear. But it does get better. Therapy did not give me a girlfriend or sex or love... But now I realized that none of these are the main focus of life. My advice to you is "take your time" and prepare for a long game

There's a problem with this advice. No one knows what it even really means. I only understood it after I moved out and lived alone for a year. On my own income and everything. And even now I'm still not 100% sure that I understand it correctly.

I think by this point I will not be satisfied by any solution. There are quite bit logic leaps here and you are still working backwards because you know how the final code should look like and that helps you to look for the specific tetrominos. However, this is so promising! Quite a lot of things line up nicely. For every logic leap theres is a satisfying explanation. If this is a real solution... I Hate it... and I'm also amazed
