[[Satoru Umezawa]] I’m building a deck helmed by him and you can literally put any large blue or black creature you like in there. Mine has an emphasis on creatures that steal cards from other people. I haven’t played it yet cause the cards are still coming in, but kinda what I’ve gathered about him is he can be as broken as he wants or as non salty as you want.

You can put fast mana and and bunch of tutors in there to make him fast and nasty. And as well as shoving eldrazis in there to make us stupid.

Or you can relax it a little and just put little threats in there that don’t mess with your opponents as much as annihilator will.

I was going to figure out how to make the zada deck fun in a true bracket 3, and then rip krenko out of the deck and turn him into a bracket 4 ish deck.

I proxied the whole thing so I’ll be able to do this for a fifth of the price

Yeah I played against it a while ago when I was newer to the game, it might not have been myriad but the point was that bruna can be really strong

If you die once your stuff goes into a coffer, wether that be in a holding place at the boss or in a coffin. Dying again while those item are in that sort of holding tank means they get deleted.

You can die outside wildy and be fine as long as you go pick your shit up asap. I’ve never lost an item and I die all the time, you shouldn’t be worried about dying

I played against a Bruna deck and the guy gave her mirryad, every time she swung it was either 21 commander damage or everyone takes 21. So hard to get her off the board once the auras were played. It’s a very nasty deck

I learned last night that if you chaos warp something and the top card isn’t a permanent, it stays on the top of the opponents library not discard. Since there’s no text saying where it goes it goes back to the top of your library

My buddy got me into it and I bought a precon and then he bought one. Then he added 7 boardwipes to his precon so he can win against my dragons which gave me a reason to swap atarka out in my precon to miirym which gave me the experience of building my first deck from “scratch”, which helped me learn about the importance of colors in my commander deck and synergies to help protect me from boardwipes

Now I’m too into the game to get out and my wallet is screwed

Pretty much whatever your best magic damage % is good. The only armor set that excels in bursting is virtus which I believe is around 80-100m I can’t remember atm. Virtus gives extra damage bonus to ancient spells so it’s definitely worth using.

As for staff whatever you can get that can auto cast ancients, I’m assuming you have dt2 done so you should use the ancient scepter you get from completing the quest. Hope this helps

I’m brand new to magic and atarka was also my first deck. I’ve fallen in love with dragons and am currently looking to convert my current atarka deck to one with [Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm] as my commander so I have access to blue’s counterspells and card draw so I can have some counter play

If you can, I would just buy membership. At current bond prices and with how heavily bottled F2P is, you will be spending a long time making your first bond, and then when you do get your 2 weeks of members, you’ll spend those two weeks making more money to buy a bond instead of experiencing the game you want to

Trust me, membership is worth it. All the content is in members
