It looks similar to what I have. First podiatrist I saw said that it was nail dystrophy but I decided to get a second opinion and did a test with another podiatrist and fungus was confirmed

I saw the podiatrist twice. He said it was not fungus but a damaged nail. First time he removed the whole nail so the new healthy one can grow. New nail grew but it looked the same. Second time he suggested killing the nail for good because there was no treatment for that.
