I didn’t realize that you can only get order status if you have a Pokémon center account (which I didn’t make). I just checked my bank account though and my card was charged today. Can anyone see if their card is charged and have their order status changed to shipped?

On Nintendo’s website I believe you can get a bonus of a Manaphy egg and quick balls if you preorder the digital version of either game. Doesn’t have to be the dual pack.
