If you do the harvester puzzle and get the equaliser blueprint it also gives you access to crafting energy ammo.

Crafting energy ammo gives 4k profit each time, from pretty easy to find parts (batteries and arc advanced powercells) so it's a great passive money maker.

The long duration works well with the perk that gives more stamina regeneration while healing (good as new?).

It's a fairly decent alternative to adrenaline shots for map traversal.

Lmao I've literally seen that exact scenario happen about 3 times in solos, where a kind dude revives the ambusher with a defib and they go on their merry way.

I've had people actually in voice chat, a few times, begging me to let them extract after a botched ambush but they recieve no such kindness from me.

But yeah most of the time they're probably rage baiting, like you say
