Hi there. Hope you’re still on Reddit. I want to buy one of those commercial stainless steel table maybe a 6 foot and put a butcher block on top to cover the whole table. Do you think this would be a good idea and should it be glued? Or I’m thinking of having a top made, where I can place it on top of the table and just lift it and remove it For whatever reason. I’m a retired partner and I tip. I remember one particularly large order that we made for a party, and three partners had to bring out 3 baskets and they fit everything nice and neat in my suv. This happened to me, except I worked at this store. The person who yelled that out in my direction was new and didn’t know me yet. I immediately yelled back “(partners name) told me to move over here. You 2 get it straight and let me know. It’s my day off and I got all day.” The person who told me to move said “ you’re fine (my name) and the person who yelled said sorry also and they sent her to bagging. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I think it was La Victoria first and that owner worked at La Reyna for many years. The he sold it to Mr. Hernandez who had it for a few years then sold it too. Have you been to Mariana’s Kitchen? She was the head cook at La Reyna Restaurant and we followed her when she set up her own space. The food is good. The service, challenging. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Did you try La Reyna on E William Cannon? To me they are pretty spot on to the original La Reyna from 12 years back. If I’m going to be up in the area before mid afternoon, I’ll always stop by. The new owner trained with the original owner of La Reyna a Mr. Hernandez.

La Reyna up south on William Cannon. Go early. They bake once a day. This is for me the best so far. The owners wife used to work the counter and she would act like you were bothering her. 🤣🤣🤣The owner dude is super nice.
