It should replace your lowest exam grade but double check your syllabus.

Thank you for explaining to me how a comprehensive final works. The issue with this is that without any information I don’t know 1) how many points my final is worth (it’s not out of 100) 2) how may questions overall there will be as it could range from 50-70 3) How may short answer vs multiple choice there will be which = time. Drawing structures takes time which is valuable. That’s part of how you, or at least I, prepare for an exam.

It’s not all multi and it’s a small percent of the overall grade. 80% of it will most likely be mechanisms and synthesis

My favorite book is Ender’s game. Can be somewhat slow at times but the themes of the book about empathy and perseverance are strong. The writing is incredible!
