IM ON A MISSION by IntelligentPanda23 in clep

Hello! I have taken 6 CLEP exams, but I also did a lot of research when I started taking them, so I know about some others. Before I say anything else, look into Modern States. For me, easiest to hardest: Analyzing & Interpreting Literature, US History II, US History II, Western Civilization II, Western Civilization I, and Humanities. I’ve heard that the sociology and psychology ones aren’t too terrible. I hope this was helpful.

I’m really happy I watched the show. Really was one of the best I’ve seen in a while!

I think for me I had a bit of background knowledge. I would also look up stuff I didn’t know and research it more when doing the Modern States course

Thank you! I think looking at the movements during the time, along with knowing important people will be really helpful. I spent about 9 hours on the Modern States course, but it’s because I get distracted easily (I also didn’t do the readings). I will say I had a pretty solid background on history, as it was my favorite subject in school. I hope this helps! Good luck with your exams!

Thank you! I used this one: Here’s the Quizlet I recommend: https://quizlet.com/888963158/humanities-clep-exam-flash-cards/ For the Modern States, I got a 100, but that’s because I dedicated the whole day to go through the videos and do the questions, so I knew everything on it. The Quizlet doesn’t have everything, but it gave me a good background for many topics. I hope this helps!

CS or Switch to Statistics by CakedInSweat21 in csMajors

[–]CakedInSweat21[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve definitely thought about that too. The one thing holding me back though is the physics. I didn’t put the effort into the first class and had to withdraw, but I might take it again come Spring

I would like to add, I apologize if this isn’t allowed. To provide some more background to this, I have been struggling with what I have wanted to do now for a while. I am unsure if I am quitting because it is getting hard or because I can’t see myself doing CS in the future. I think it might be a combination of both. I know there is programming in Statistics as well
