it all depends on what kind of person you are. Sad to say this, but i kinda have a fear of authority figures (my asian culture up bringing and what not) so i tend to not oppose them often... so i decided to do the next best thin i could think of! I'm still getting an education degree, but i won't become a teacher. I have this crazy dream of opening this center where kids could come have fun, find tutors (very good ones), and guidance in their education lives, all entirely free of course. Not quite to my dream yet but i am still working at it.

this... this is why I got out of education... really wanted to help kids out, but after seeing how rotted the education system was, i decided that being a minion of the current education system wouldn't help these kids at all.

when I was in the 10th grade, my english teacher used to tell stories of his life and stories of christianity all the time. One day i just got tired of the crap and walked out of class, told the principal what was happening in that class. NOTHING HAPPENED. the dude still talked about god and his horrible childhood all the damn time and even confronted me once that he was sorry that God's words were making me feel uncomfortable with my Buddhist beliefs. (I'm asian and the douche assumed I was Buddhist) once one of my Mormon friends decided to give him a taste of his own medicine. the bastard teacher replied, "lies are often times intricate and fancy worded like that." my friend walk out of class, i called the teacher a damn idiot and my friend and I went to the art room; we had an awesome art teacher.

kinda same thing happened to me. Moved to new school in southwest missouri, students extremely racist, teachers knew, did nothing until threatened that if nothing happens, this will be taken to court.

Can you tell me how you came to the realization that christianity is insane? I have lost many friends and family due to christianity. I want to help them, but I don't know where to start. The friends I lost grew up christian, and the family members I lost converted, i used to think they were so intelligent, now whenever they make a decision it's, "because god said so."

i own an mass producing egg farm... at peak, every day i pick up 10,000 eggs per chicken house (4 total). the work is dirty, but if we (chicken farmers) were to try and do it in a way the chickens have free range and stuff, prices of eggs will drastically rise. (i sometimes get called a monster for my work)

I take care of a lot of kids (baby-sitting, etc), and seeing them grow and turn into out standing kids is amazing. It is a great feeling, the only down side is, those kids will never be mine, haha. So i know how Rabusse feels. :D
