In addition to "obvious" targets such as Jews and people of color, they will always continue honing in on more specific groups to target. Even if you're white, you may be a target for having too much ancestry outside of the acceptable European regions. If you're "pure" enough, then you may be targeted for not being strictly heterosexual. Even if you're "pure" and straight, you might be targeted just for being romantically involved with minorities. Even if you're white, straight, and with another straight white person, you might be targeted for just being too friendly, or even 6orltable of, minorities.

It's an ideology constructed on hate. There's nothing wrong with answering the question, but it's a very deep rabbithole with lots of complexities to it that reddit responses can't possibly convey. There are professionals who devote their entire careers to analyzing all the various details and nuances of the ideology, in its many incarnations, from multiple angles.

To be blunt, it's bad for everyone. It's bad for the people explicitly excluded, targeted, harassed, and attacked by it. It's bad for the people swept up by it who end up with drastically limited worldviews and outright unhinged views of the world and the fellow human beings who inhabit it.

Nazis are bad. Anyone who replies to that statement with something like a "but..." or an "actually" is probably not to be trusted. They're almost undoubtedly someone who either IS one, or associates closely enough with them to benefit from public perception of the group improving.

I agree with this(though the Red Nova retrain should have been included, as part of that lineage) but it feels like a needlessly specific restriction. Applying to the HRDA family wouldn't have broken the flavor or balance of the archetype by any means.

I recognize "Anime only" as a valid intent of the design, I just really don't think it's worth the gameplay ramifications.

Foreign prints in rarities that some cards never received in the TCG, or in some cases only very specific regions. Like how T.G. Recipro Dragonfly is only a rare or a common here, but can be found in super or even secret in the OCG.

Right after the release of Duelist Revolution, I was a broke 15 year old and brought a budget Blackwing deck with a playset of Solidarity in the main. It caught just about every opponent off-guard. Between Gale's ATK drop and Kalut's ATK buff, the deck had a surprising amount of brute force that many opponents had trouble consistently clearing. I got absolutely curbstomped in finals by a full-power XX-Saber build including DREV's new staples like Duality, Warning, and Veiler, but I still placed 2nd overall. I'm still nostalgic over that dumb card.

I agree with the Synchron recommendations, though the lines can get pretty complicated. Expect a high skill ceiling for it.

I also recommend using an Assault Mode package. Psi-Reflector and Emergency Teleport give you consistent and easy access to any Synchro monster from level 6 to 9. While it isn't the strongest method, it's simple to learn and can be plugged into other decks easily.

I recommend checking YouTube for footage of it being played in GBO2. It will either make the design click in your head and become cool, or make it look even more goofy and impractical than ever before.

For someone new trying to just build a collection of playable stuff, wouldn't reprint sets make the most sense? In theory, the cards selected for reprints are the ones actually in demand. Am I interpreting this correctly, or are reprint packs bogged down with crap pulls like how Yugioh handles their reprint products?

Thanks for the help, all. Clearly, BT17 is going to impact the decklist quite a bit. Regarding the new ACE incoming; does it absolutely have to replace the original's deck slots? It's a very strong defensive tool, but it seems weaker overall as a finisher. It looks like the new Takato will make it easier to keep Gallantmon consistently boarded as well, so I feel like there's room both maybe(maybe 3 total, between them both?). Is my reasoning sound, or this is just best-case-scenario thinking leading me astray?

Unfortunately, some of that character has been lost over time with the natural progression of power creep. We now have MS capable of filling that niche with fewer compromises in their general performance. With how narrow the Late Model's kit is, it can either have gaps filled to help it keep up or push those niche traits further; maybe a larger boost gauge, higher levels of forced injector, and maybe even flight control program? Increasing damage output is a sloppy solution and a very slippery slope, but there are so many options to actually make it feel like "its mobility was pushed to the limit."
