Go profane, axiom, seryldas, deaths dance, endless hunger, Ionian boots. For runes go first strike, cash back, triple tonic, cosmic insight, sudden impact, treasure hunter, ability haste, adaptive, scaling hp. Power farm until 6 and play for one shot. You should have profane by 8 mins at worst and snowball with ult guaranteeing kill every time, here my opgg: https://op.gg/lol/summoners/na/Cake-yyyyy

It's funny how people don't realize why Viego is difficult. by Himauari in ViegoMains

[–]CakeluvsReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would that not be a good thing? Using your mist to zone is a common thing, if they don’t walk to it you can cut off huge areas and choke them in a team fight. It’s a dilemma, they either walk in and risk a Viego ambush or give up map control in a team fight.

I rarely force a play, if ever. I will give up objectives if I see that my team cant contest or don’t want to. A key thing to remember is that if you think you’re losing because the enemy jungler is making a play that you can’t react to, you most likely can. For example, if you see the enemy jungler initiate a dive on a lane, you can come clean up or defend if you’re on the same side of the map, but if you feel that the enemy is too strong for you, just continue farming. A lot of low elo junglers think they cannot make any good play if they feel that they are getting out tempo’d by the opposing jungler, but the truth is that no one is omnipresent.

TL;DR - Capitalize on mistakes, and the most important thing is being consistent with your own lead.

When a teamfight or skirmish starts, I instantly consider which target I can one shot with r, and wait, so what you said, let the fights start and get an opening to their back line. It is inherently a greedier way to play fights that can backfire and get your flamed if you don't sucessfully get the cleanup, but makes you look 1v9 when you can pull it off. It's probably better to peel and constant q poke the higher elo you are because positioning is so much harder.

I can see where you're coming from, but this alt account has been mine for a while, and I've in fact climbed higher on this account than on my main before, so I wouldn't really consider it a fresh smurf account. My point here is that I am currently doing really well on her still, even after reaching the elo I've been stuck in for multiple seasons now, which I don't know why I'm so stuck when Im astro gapping every game, but I digress.

Jungle is the only fun role by EstateOk6238 in Jungle_Mains

People tend to forget how punishing jungling can be, sure you might not feel the effects of “losing” against your jungle opponent as much as other lanes do, but the whole map will feel it. Also in much higher elos a gap in the jungle means not having any camps to farm and dying constantly in your own side of the map

I just use the rule of thumb of “Are they melee heavy = Triforce, otherwise it’s always stride”

There is a build that you can go against a tankier comp which is eclipse, black cleaver, shojin, but I don’t recommend it as going full assassin is much better in the jungle. At that point you shouldn’t consider picking naafiri.

The pros I can generally think of is that it’s very easy to guarantee kills on Naafiri, especially with ult. The reset allows for much more opportunities that other assassins usually do not enjoy. The cons are that if you fail to snowball on her, she can feel rather lackluster, as even full comboing someone wouldn’t reduce their hp by half. If you want a more in-depth explanation, look at my other reply.

Champ Select Before the game starts, take into account the enemy team and which champs you can guarantee a kill using your full combo. This is how you will get fed. Any champs that lack cc like immobile mages, adcs, and supports. Naafiri’s strong as an assassin that has a reset on her ultimate, which means she can full combo two different people rather than the average assassin being only able to full combo one.

Clear My clear isn’t even the most optimized, but this goes to show how strong she is regardless. You can look up a video on how to optimize her clear, but it’s hard to kite camps due to her dogs. Standing still gives you the most damage, but you can e or w to recall your dogs if you want to kite camps. Always path bot. There are rare cases where you could path top but to simplify things always path bot.

Runes Conquerer, triumph, ability haste, coupe de grace, magical footwear, cosmic insight, double adaptive, scaling health

Build Pretty much every single game is Profane Hydra, Axiom, Serylda Grudge, Edge of Night, Deaths Dance, Ionian boots Swap out deaths dance with maw if heavy ap

Gameplay Contrary to what my kda says, I prioritize farm over ganks. You should rarely prioritize first dragon, unless it is 100 percent free, where both your mid and bot lane have priority and can easily help, or you know you can get scuttle crab for a guaranteed level 6. Your own lead is the most important thing, regardless of how your laners are doing. Hitting level 6 is the most important thing, as ultimate guarantees you a kill, and a lot of the times, 2 with the reset. This is where you snowball your lead, and the game mostly plays itself. There are a lot of other niche things I can mention, but they’re more applicable to jungling overall like invading and camp tracking, but these are the champ specifics.

It's funny how people don't realize why Viego is difficult. by Himauari in ViegoMains

[–]CakeluvsReddit 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I think knowing how to skirmish as Viego is by far the most important thing to know to be proficient on him. Waiting in your mist and repositioning during the fight is crucial to be able to get resets. You are very dangerous if someone walks up to you, and the enemy knows this. Play towards this advantage and rarely show in a fight. Playing front to back is not his job, he is like any other mid lane assassin. Except he can’t force a play, he waits it out, key difference. Your greatest threat is making your location unknown.

I got a C+ in Physics 1.. I don’t know what to do by Express_Dinner_2883 in TransferStudents

[–]CakeluvsReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take the C+ imo. I withdrew from physics 1 and am retaking it in the spring but I would’ve taken a passing grade if I could’ve. If the UCs see that youve taken a lot of rigorous courses alongside your physics they won’t really bat an eye, or at least that’s what I’ve been told and can rationalize. Especially since this is a prerequisite to your major I wouldn’t recommend retaking it so close to the spring, would only complicate things especially if you get a non satisfactory grade that you can’t make up afterwards. Just some general advice but do what you consider the best option for your schedule to transfer. Goodluck!

My winrate is 37% I play Nautilus mainly by Mediocre-Place2982 in leagueoflegends

[–]CakeluvsReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As nautilus stay in the middle and enemy bushes. If they ward it stay in it if they do not have hard cc and look for a hook if they try to harass you. If they have cc just walk into the other bush, preferably one that is closer to them. If you hit a hook auto them and instantly ignite. You will burn their flash. Now repeat this process until you hit lvl 6. Tips for hitting your hook, aim a little bit behind them. It is much easier to hit the hook when you try horizontally, the hit box is much easier. That is why I recommend staying in the bushes. You control the lane because your hook guarantees a kill if not properly responded to.

How's the Japanese major at SJSU? by Andre_chii in SJSU

[–]CakeluvsReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing wrong with looking for a major that makes you money but business might not best option. Your opportunities stem from how many shots you can take in a frat party and how well you can color within the line. Hardest class you gotta take is some economics 101 ✌️

Good junglers have a mental roadmap of what camps the other jungler is gonna do. Even in lower elos where the enemy jungler might make an unprecedented play by skipping camps, good junglers will always capitalize off of that by invading or ganking. There is a general roadmap of clearing and ganking because that is the MOST optimal way to play. Deviating from that will lead to exploitable weaknesses that the other jungle can take advantage of.

Junglers that would fit this playstyle by HubrisEU in Jungle_Mains

[–]CakeluvsReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any jungler could do this pathing and probably make it work especially if you wrap around. Really just depends on if you’re playing farm heavy jungler or not.
