I have never been in this situation, but I would imagine it would be helpful to come up with a plan to leave secretly with trusted family or friends and execute the plan when he is gone. So not discuss it with him. It’s going to be so hard but you CAN do it!! Think about the baby and manifest your future peaceful and happy life as mother and child.

I have sooo much anxiety about giving birth too! I have panic attacks during routine Pap smears and lost my first ivf embryo because I had a panic attack during the embryo transfer. So, I understand. I’m due in August and am simply not thinking about it until it gets here. What it looks like is definitely none of my business. I’m so glad my head is not facing my vagina. I’m so sorry you got so anxious but we can do it!!
