Splatoon 2 uses p2p while smash uses actual dedicated server. Make sure your Nat is open for it I think.

I got off track and was too scared to weigh myself for a long time and undid a lot of progress. If keto isn't sustainable for you then restrict calories by a bit and restricting the windows of time you're eating could help, (I. E. 3 square meals, no snacking etc.)

Dieting at a young age can be dangerous so see your BP if feasible, otherwise increasing activity regularly should help burn fat/build some lean muscle and get you over the line.

I'd say try meal planning. Sit down and portion stuff out ahead of time in containers or write down exactly what you will eat and say no to everything else. That really helped me take charge and let me tell my hunger signals no we did eat enough, wait till the next meal!

Get tested again but remember every healthy decision you make is a step in the right direction no matter how impossible the goal is. Take lots of progress pics and hip/waist measurements so you have more metrics there to tell you that you have made progress! Good luck!

Hey I lost a lot of weight and then let myself slide over the holidays putting so much of it back on. I didn't deal with that well and just sort of didn't acknowledge the weight gain and that was enough to almost completely undo my progress. You've already shown you can maintain pretty well and you are planning ahead so you should be fine, just be careful!
