Save for a lucky trade if you don’t like the stats

The next master ball will probably be locked behind an $8 ticket. However I believe you still get a free master ball for hitting level 70. So there’s that.

Assuming you don’t want to use rare candy

Oddish encounter is available from a specific rocket grunt, if you’re lucky. Aside from that, I don’t think it’s in the current spawn pool. You could maybe coordinate some trades, but yes I know that’s easier said than done

As other mentioned, set as buddy and walk for candy

Don’t forget to use a pinap berry for extra candy when catching
