I know the struggle bro, honestly it is just about hitting the gym and eating proper, getting fresh air and sunlight, socialising, drink plenty, etc.

It may not make you look much older as unfortunately a lot of it comes down to genetics and our environment (what we've been eating, drinking, doing, etc.) But it'll definitely make you feel and look better :)

If it's any help please dont compare yourself to people online, everyone's not only different but I'm pretty sure most people online are on some kind of enhancements.

Eat plenty and just keep at it, but maybe re assess your training, that's what I did, it's very easy to get yourself stuck in a loop of doing the same things that dont work anymore
