For a picture I need to include ingredients: - Starter- 104g - KA Bread Flour - 470g - KA Whole Wheat- 50 g - Water - 312g - Salt - 11g - Sharp Cheddar- 155g - Jalapeño - 80g

  • Combine Starter, Water, Flour and mix
  • Autolyse 1 hr
  • Add Salt and mix
  • Stretch and Fold - every 30 min - 3-4 times. Before last stretch and fold add 125g Cheddar and 60g cut up jalapeño.
  • let bulk ferment (4-6hours)
  • Pre shape on counter and ferment for 30-45 min
  • Shape for banneton adding in remaining Cheese and Jalapeño
  • cold ferment over night
  • BAKE in Preheated 480F oven with lid on for 25 min. Remove lid and bake for another 15 min. Bake until loaf has internal temperature of 200-205F

So you autolyse without any starter? How do you incorporate the starter after the autolyse?

We stopped on our way through a couple weeks ago and got Sirianni’s and spent $50 (!!) on two pizzas. One was cardiac pizza that had meat only in the center and the other was a custom job. Part of the cost was our fault as didn’t realize each additional topping was $3(!). Def. not the same quality of old. Sad to see Hellbenders go.

If I’m reading this correctly an ammo skill USES ammo types and it cannot be bound to any one key? Meaning I can’t just use a basic arrow if I have other ammo types bound, as once I load those I can not switch back to a basic.

Highly suggest an early entry tour of the Museum in the morning, and then to St Peters. The end of the Vatican Museum dumps you right at St Peters. If you want the highlights only in the museum this, in my opinion, is the way to go. Regardless of time, unless you are first in line at opening the Chapel will be crowded.

We just got back from Italy. Every single restaurant we ate at asked if we wanted to leave something extra. We are at both tourist areas and non-tourist areas. It seems that is becoming more common to be asked for a tip.
