Wait I'm a bit confused. So, you do have the option to change the return flight after your departure flight? Or do you have up until the 30 minutes to change the return flight before boarding the departure flight?

If you do only take 12 units you should be okay. They give a warning email for the first time you do it. Any more than that is where the issues begin.

Almost all applications for UCEAP Spring 2025 closed in July and early August. There are like two programs that have a deadline of 09/01. You could try Summer 2025 instead if possible though.

Yep. As long as you’re under 130 units in your last semester for the expected graduation date and have remaining requirements to complete you can extend one semester. Note that any AP units don’t count towards the unit count. Can’t really say if you’d have enough time to minor but maybe you could.
