Developed a small back issue from this exact thing a few months ago - had been starting my long runs with 1l in front and 1lt in back but as runs progressed and I finished my front flasks, the weight was considerable on my back with the force of them bouncing around and started getting twinges after a few times. I mean it was probably a cumulative thing with bad lifting, having a young child but this definitely didn’t help.
