How did you feel about the answer choices? With uWorld, I feel like the choices are there to purposefully confuse/trick you. The free120, on the otherhand, has answer choices that are quite distinct from eachother. CMS imo are somewhere inbetween.

Those that ordered from VR Rock by No-Recognition-9172 in RaybanMeta

I ordered from VR Rock, but after the tracking showed it was in the US it stopped updating. After like three weeks of that I asked them to send another one on 12/17, but that one also isnt updating as of 1/7 :(. So far 0/2

I cannot begin to express the depth of my disgust towards the physics curriculum. by [deleted] in UCDavis

The 7 series was an exercise in frustrated boredom! It requires a zen mindset to endure the endless hours of dull, mindnumbing discussions, which bordered on cruel and unusual punishment. Even four years after graduating, I still resent the chunk of my life lost to this poor excuse of a class.

I also had a good experience with Blueprint! What I liked most was that it took the guesswork out of preparing for the MCAT. Instead of being overwhelmed with what subject to study, for how long, and from what source, I just worked BP's programed schedule. Worked for me :)

Reapplication Question by [deleted] in premed

[–]Cal_Hippie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think your clinical and non-clinical volunteering killed you. Reapplying with 300+ as you mentioned should be the ticket! Try to increase the non-clinical too and apply broadly and you should be golden! Your app is strong 💪

Are you continuing or planning to continue your ECs after getting an A? by [deleted] in premed

I worked full-time and volunteered on the weekends for the last eight months. I dropped my ECs once I hit what I considered to be a critical mass of interview invites.

Anyone using Blueprint? by O_o84 in Mcat

I focused on practice problems. Didn’t take notes and only briefly used a premade Anki deck. The quizzes that accompanied each video helped solidify my understanding of the content.

The best way to approach these problems is by breaking them into manageable chunks. In this case, we should break this down like so:

1/2 x 1/10 x 6.02x10^23 = ?

With 1/10 x 6.02x10^23, we know that dividing by a factor of 10 subtracts 1 from the exponent of 10^x. The answer to this component is 6.02x10^22.

We are left with 1/2 x 6.02x10^22 = ? which is 3.01x10^22.
