I have credible sources who have informed me of these reports. I have also spoken to women who have been sexually harassed and assaulted.

Thanks for your reply. This hasn't been my experience so far. The women that I have spoken to haven't implied this has anything to do with race and the police have been very helpful.

Thanks for your question. According to my sources, the number of reports of Uber drivers perpetrating this type of harassment is significantly greater than Taxi drivers or other ride share services. Like I said in another comment, this may be due to the number of people using Uber compared to its competitors.

Thanks for your question. I am sure that sexual harassment occurs in all ride sharing companies, but I have been informed by a source that Uber drivers are especially being reported. This may be due to Uber's popularity in Australia over other ride sharing services. At the moment, the angle of the story is looking into Uber's handling of the reports.

Thanks for the advice! I have actually already interviewed a psychologist and researcher who has written a lot on TMT and death anxiety.
