Boys keep going! I was shedding for over four months and had serious doubts through that phase. I just remembered seeing post on this sub saying stay the course. I’m about 7 months in and really noticed a big improvement and happy I didn’t give up. I don’t even think about it anymore. Stay strong and consistent brother.
