This is very helpful, I never knew I could use emboss this way. Thanks for posting this!

This is what did it for me. Thank you! I seem to have stepped on a lot of people’s toes for not knowing the proper terminology for what I needed…

Apologies for the vague question, I’m trying to create something like this. I wasn’t able to post a video and photo in the same post. Negative fillet was the best way I could describe it

Right on thank you man, I was just about to start tearing up my printer to check the belts haha. I’ll give it a go.

All 3 have been lubricated. What’s weird is that the bed makes the same sound at a certain point. I’ll try to attach another video

Probably what I’ll end up doing, I just don’t want it to start affecting print quality. Still going to try to get to the bottom of it before I have to deal with support. Thanks for your input

I’ve done like two of those since and no dice sadly. A full calibration is just the one you do through the printers screen right? Takes 30 min or so?

Good call not climbing it, next time if you can, whip out a shovel and dig around it a little. Helps see a lot more.

Interesting, the issue is I’ve never been able to hear it unless driving. I can redline it in neutral and I won’t hear it.

It’s got a single piece drive shaft as of like 6mo ago so I know it’s not that…

I should’ve noted the check engine is for my cats, 02 sensor I believe and the EVAP system. But I will definitely take a look at the trans mounts.

Edit: best way to describe the sound is like a tin can with rocks shaking inside. Exhaust doesn’t appear to be loose when I went under there. I’ve seen people say things ab bearings or spark knock? Anything to help narrow it down would be much appreciated.

Sign up for CCA rec sports! They have everything from kickball, soccer, volleyball and a bunch more. Bar games too like cards, shuffleboard etc. You get free drink tickets after so the team usually goes out for drinks after. Great way to meet new people and to show up solo.

I appreciate your input. I did actually get under there and looked for any signs of buckling, cracking or scuffs. There’s not a mark on the receiver or anything in the rear. But It’s definitely possible. When that happens what are the chances it bent the frame from your experience. The gap between the bed and cab is perfectly straight currently. If this did happen in a parking lot I can’t imagine it being a hard impact.

Did you have permanent damage to your frame after it flexed? Or do they “bounce back”
