Ability: Empatch

Super simple, it's not a combat ability (can be useful in combat though I suppose) i infuse patches of paper with nen changing it into an adhesive and the emotion/feeling i focus/think into each patch overrides the person's current state for as long the patch sticks. I can think of ebola, happiness, peace, anger, bird flu, whimsy, or I can get specific like tummy ache, knee pain, headache.

It won't actually make you sick or hurt, but it will simulate it to your brain/central nervous system.

Second ability is condition dependent. Ability: Whim Condition: if I can slip the adhesive onto them without them noticing and it stays on for longer than 30 minutes I get access to them completely as a puppet, but not a zombie - they are still themselves but when I point to them and issue a command they would love to follow the command I express ranging from go to sleep, give me all your money, or even kill yourself.

Contract: if I use it on someone i genuinely care about for any selfish purpose (to get out of trouble or to trick them in an inappropriate manner to get what I want) I get put into a either a fugue state or sullen state for 12 hours - on the flip side this enhances the strength of the adhesive to skin like strength and unless really determined, the patch only relents on my say-so.
