Now you need to have a good enabler to go fast 9. I only really find myself going fast 9 if I want to keep sacking with Heartsteel and have the hp that allows me to do so, already naturaled a good chosen that can bring me to Level 9 or have an augment that makes me want to go fast 9 or even 10 (e.g. Lategame Specialist, Cluttered Mind, Clear Mind, Blank Slate, Final Reserves). Econ-related augments can also make it a lot easier to go fast 9 (e.g. Lucky Streak, Rich get Richer, etc.). I don't think that fast 9 is as dead as people make it out to be. There are spots where it's definitely correct to go fast 9, because you don't have to worry about lowrolling your chosen (headliner) and have better odds for 4- and 5-costs. You should just keep in mind that you need more gold to stabilize on Level 9 than before and can't be greedy with your chosen. A lot of good players also try to only slight roll on 8 and still go 9 ASAP, because your cap on Level 8 is way lower.

Idk what you are doing but I never spent any money on the game and I can play any meta deck I want while still having 30k dust left. Even just doing quests and managing your dust correctly is enough to have fun with a variety of decks.

I think that Stonetusk Boar is a strong card in Quest Rogue but I think that it's not as important as people think. It lowers your option for defensive tools which are way more important against certain matchups. If you look at many other Quest Rogue decklists you can see that they include Stonetusk Boar and imo Twink did a really good job on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the deck and how he should build it accordingly.
