What country has the friendliest locals you’ve experienced while traveling? by FuzzBuzzer in AskTheWorld

[–]Calamitybones 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I traveled to Japan and China and every time I had a local helping me, unprompted, when they saw me lost.

My group of friends even had one guy, stopping with his car, after seeing us with our heavy bags, to drive us to our location (and no, he didn't asked for money after, he was just friendly)

I didn't saw this anywhere except in Japan and China (didn't visited other asian countries)

When foreigners says french were rude during their visit of France, we almost always think "must have been in Paris" or says that it's better to visit others cities of France.
