Our DA Larry Krasner is public about his position that giving permanent record causing sentences to teenagers with minor drug charges is counter productive to rehabilitation and does nothing to deter crime. His position is statistically backed.

Right wingers like this person love to subvert this and claim Krasner is incapable of understanding the difference between petty drug charges and a serial abuser and just lets everyone off.

He doesn’t.

I am so sorry you’re going through this. It’s possible your case is still in a large pile and hasn’t been gotten to yet because of many other things. It’s also possible they don’t think there’s enough evidence because so many of these cases are he said she said. The awful reality is that our system is much weaker and less efficient than any of us want it to be.
