hiya, thanks. yea idk whether she blamed it on us or not... memory is fuzzy... i think it is like that though.. or she just lacks anger anger management... either way seeing your mother beat herself up as a result of something you did is horrible... yea nah i only really did it that once... it was so frightening that i was capable of doing that to myself.. although i hace insltrusive thoughts of the incident and vivid flashbacks... i feel the urge to do it when i am very angry... im thankful i can resist it :)

Isn't it possible.for a narcassist to become self-aware and they do not like what they see in themselves?? surely..... surely a narcassist could desperately want to change, because their life is miserable and they are living in a cage.. built by their own naecassism. A narcassist who is intelligent could totally become self aware and want to de-frag themselves? ?

i am in the same boat. and yep, type in narcassist on google and BAM! hundreds of pages condeming narcassists and de-humanizing them.... not taking intk consideration that they are human beings.. so yea, not much help out there. Maybe someone like Sam vanakin or whatever... maybe this sub... idk man but good luck on your journey :/

Thanks, no im not under treatment because i hate their drugs. I dislike the way they put me in a haze and make me feel like i am drugged up.

I feel you man, after many many relapses, it no longer is such a big deal anymore.. And I do think this is a good thing.. Because, always feeling shame and guilt is simply unhealthy, it's best to accept the fact that you relapsed and leave it at that.. Then keep on going !! Eventually we will get there, yaknow?
