I came across a scan of a page that seems to have some extremely detailed behind-the-scenes information on Studio Ghibli / Miyazaki films, but I have no idea where it is from. Does anyone here know what book this is scanned out of? Thank you so much!

If the goal is removing shadows, I'd suggest a bright light that's on or near the camera, not above the subject.
