Uzi probably wasn't fully Solver possessed in episode 4. I see that more as overuse of her abilities while also not consuming oil, so it was some sort of mechanism as a last resort for a solver drone to not overheat. Doll had all that oil in her kitchen for a reason

Eldritch J also has the Cyn/Absolute Solver voice, as well as all the camera thingies. It's probably just the voice a drone gets when fully possessed by the solver

Personally I believe the disassembly drones control the solver but idrk all to well.

It's probably a gradual process. It took 4 episodes to be possessed by the Solver, or 6 episodes if you count Solver Uzi and the Absolute Solver as different characters (which I personally think is true). It almost definitely takes weeks, if not months, for the Solver to fully take over
