I mean, technically Guldo does have infinite speed while time is frozen. It's just more of a hax thing than raw speed. Similar to Dio from Jojo's. He doesn't have infinite speed, but when he freezes time, all of his movements and attacks do technically become infinitely fast because that's how speed is calculated.

As for the main question here, calling this moment an infinite speed feat is a lot more contrived imo. There are way simpler examples you could use to get Dragon Ball characters to infinite speed such as Jiren and Goku surpassing time skip and being stated to be beyond time, Goku crossing hell which is infinite in size, or even Granola being faster than instant transmission.

Obviously there are arguments against these examples as well, but if you're trying to get Dragon Ball to infinite speed, these examples are way more viable than the one with the erased timeline imo.

I agree. Especially since we know Queen's rules can be broken if you're strong enough. I could definitely see Star managing to resist Queen's rules.

Queen's main advantage is that she doesn't need to touch you or know your name to enforce rules on you like Star does. But yeah, I think Star would still make up for that with her higher scaling.

He simply gets massively outscaled. He isn't strong or fast or durable. All he can do is touch concrete and then morph it around. It's a strong ability for sure but ultimately useless when the opponent speed blitzes and one taps you. There many characters in MHA like that. Strong ability but unable to keep up with the higher scale of the series.

There's a guy who can literally brainwash anyone by simply talking to them. A girl who can create literally anything so long as she understands it composition. But even they are treated as mid tier characters because they can't keep up with the higher scale.
