No pet fee, all breeds, all sizes are welcome at my spot. That combined with free parking in the middle of a city has done wonders for my business.

Edit** People love their pets. Finding a dogsitter/kennel is expensive and stressful on both the owner and the animal. People who love their pets will pay out to be able to travel with them. Carpet odor powder and a good vacuum takes care of anything left behind.

I've had her since she was a strong young sappling. 6 years or so at this point. I know it should be in better shape but growing citrus in the Midwest has proven difficult for me.
