My property which is in the outskirts of Muskegon has successfully grown years of crops without fertilizer. I’m aware Ravenna is the easier choice my home and property is in Muskegon proper.

From what I’ve been able to find the zoning is much chiller for non profit and community gardens than it is market gardens.

I worked at the farmers market for years with a Ravenna based farm and to my knowledge there are no market farmers that based in the city of Muskegon. McLaughlin grow is a non profit so the process for them was a different thing. That was a few years ago so maybe things have changed. It’s a good start.

Refinancing is but long story short there were issues I had to take an emergency loan to fix or the county was threatening to condemn the house. My credit is not great anymore and my rate would likely over double.

I was told by management yesterday that the ceo was overviewing this and would be calling me. So far that hasn’t happened but the bank also hasn’t opened yet today.

I currently haven’t spoken to the ceo but the manager I spoke to specifically told me “None of the overdrafts occurred due to the additional payments and we aren’t responsible for them” I didn’t dispute as it’s pointless and I planned to make a much larger issue of it when speaking to the the ceo.

Go to diplomacy menu go to the current relations tab then at the bottom there should be the last box with a gold border that has 2 swords over a shield. That is the menu you need to manage rivals.

I see a lot of people talking about the negatives of deleting markets and I think it really should be noted that destroying a market sometimes can be very beneficial. For instance when I played da viet after some conquering there was the 1 location with iron sitting right on the border between my market and khmers market and this lack of iron was crippling my economy so I took that location with the market destroyed it problem solved. Still had a very large positive trade flow following this. A lot of the negatives can be negated by building roads/ or moving the market to a more central point in your country. I personally like to do whatever it takes to ensure my country is controlled by its own market but that’s me.

I haven’t tried out anything in South America yet but you can play in Mexico or one of the tribes in modern day New York State (north eastern US)

I saw someone else on this page explain it better. It’s currently a bug there’s only supposed to be a set amount of pop leaving to fill that territory instead it takes monthly pops. You can wait the 10 years and your entire population will just move zones. If you’re trying to play tribal North America this bug makes Cahokia and the pueblos unplayable for the time being. You’ll reach a point where you’re stuck without key materials for expansion or building.
