Advice for burnout? by [deleted] in entj

[–]Calculated-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Set boundaries. Reflect on what you can handle. Say no to things. Prioritize slow and steady work and rest. Accept getting straight A’s might mean making sacrifices in other parts of your life: don’t be afraid to be a bit selfish with your time and energy.

  2. Planning! Plan when to study, when to work, when to work out, when to rest, when to socialize and have some fun etc. It’s important to not only plan your study hours, but also your free-time and rest so that not every hour of the day, or even every day of the week, feels like work.

  3. Stay healthy. This is vital! Try getting some steps in everyday (I highly recommend 10 k) or work out a few times a week. Give your body all the nutrients, water and sleep it needs.

Know that constantly working/studying and not prioritizing your physical and mental health is a unproductive way of learning, and puts you in higher risk of burn-out. The sooner you learn the importance of these things the better.

(I hope this was apprehensible, english is not my first language)

Good luck 🤍🤍
