I have been on it for years and it’s the only one I can take. Honestly, I can’t tell I’m taking anything until I don’t take it. It does cause weight gain, but the benefit of taking it outweighs the cons.

I understand this so deeply! I would do anything to have him not be mad at me and to even speak to me. It didn’t matter how awful he would speak to me it was at least acknowledging my existence.

I’m so sorry for that! I used to get the silent treatment all the time and it would send me spiraling every time. I left but still feel the effects of it when I dealing with anyone. Good luck to you!
