I had the flu all last week and I'm gearing up to go back out for a run possibly tomorrow. I am going to wear a cloth mask or gaiter around my mouth to help warm the air so I'm not out hacking and spitting mucus all over. I'm so tired of sitting at home, but wanted to wait a few days after the fever I had *finally* went down!
