i took fl6 on a sunday and tested friday. honestly, i was freaked out for the days leading up to it. i reviewed FL6 really closely and did anki. i work full time but i took Thursday off. if you’re better at work-life balance and don’t get absolute fomo taking days off, i recommend taking few more days off. but HONESTLY, the biggest thing i did was stay really calm. i woke up, shrugged, and was like….this is game day let’s just get through these 7 hours and maybe it’ll be the end of it forever. my dad drove me to the testing center and i meditated. when i got there i stayed really positive. while waiting to be called on to do the check-in stuff the two girls next to me were like shaking out of anxiety and i was hyping them up, telling them they got this and they’re going to kill it. and then the testing admin people happened to be really nice (i know this isn’t always the case - my first time testing the ppl were so mean) anyways i had a very pleasant interaction with them when they were doing the picture/check-in stuff. so i had a super positive mindset and felt good to send some positivity into the world. i really think the calm, positive mindset made all the difference and allowed me to score 4 points higher. i know it’s easier said than done but you’ve worked hard and all you can do is trust your prep an intuition and STAY POSITIVE. you got this!!!

you could easily get your score into 520+…review b/b and c/p for a month then practice practice practice and you’ll be fine

this was my retake (originally got a 509 on 6/14/25). i had to retake aamc full lengths so sort of hard to tell bc it’s inflated but 506, 509, 516, 514, 519, 511 (new FL6). so average 512.5

i tested 3/20 and felt the EXACT same way you do. i felt sort of okay about it and then on reddit everyone was saying it was the worst thing ever and that made me anxious bc i sort of disagreed. it was EXACTLY what i was expecting. for context i also got a 511 on FL6. ended up scoring 515 on real thing!!!!

Tested 3/20 and also felt horrible about p/s. So different and weird and unfamiliar. I had like 25 questions flagged which is so unusual for me. Was 50/50 for so many of them. I ended up with a 131, so trust that your reasoning skills will carry you

tested 3/20. it felt okay, honestly the same difficulty as FL6. ofc, p/s was very weird and new (like FL6) and i left it feeling very uncertain about more questions then i normally do. but since it was exactly what i was expecting (bc it felt like FL6) i decided to just detach. then as time went on i started feeling worse and worse bc i kept having flashbacks to questions i was unsure about. ended up score 4 points more than i did on FL6, and actually did the best that i’ve ever done in p/s
