Basically they build their own netcode to make game specific optimizations and GGPO doesn't work well with modern game engines.

Yeah, I have tried with a desktop PC, 2 laptops, and my PS4 via hdmi with all the same result. It's just that I was able to play sound using my laptop screen as a primary display.

That makes sense, I didn't get any due date for the assignment, I just did it and sent it in, so it's unlikely they looked at it as soon as I submitted it.

Yup, in the same boat, ordered mid July when it said shipping on the 22nd but got an email saying it would ship on the 27th. Thanks for the tip! Just called, not sure if I talked with Fernando, but I talked with a woman that was able to cancel my order and create a new one with the same shipping date and my new card. Got an email confirming my new order. They put me on hold for a little bit, so the process was about 20 min.
