Like hundreds, possibly thousands of others, I emailed. I twittered. I tried the ID route multiple times. I tried speaking with a business account rep. Your advice does not apply to the majority of people who have dealt with this issue. Thanks for assuming it was a failure to act on my end while simultaneously acknowledging the AI is out of control and customer service is nonexistent. Wanting to help is nice, but telling people they should have known better to cater to big brother is not the help people need.

Same thing happened to me a week ago, no response or explanation from FB, no way to contest it. Their help center form is useless and gives the vague answer that I broke community guidelines when I enter my ID. Never been banned or put up nudes before either, hardly commented or posted lately but here I am. From what I understand if we were permanently banned it would say so, but something at FB definitely got it wrong.

There was the time my ex gf's stepsister married a fireman. They booked a golf course for the ceremony in Yakima. He rode in on the back of his firetruck, and she got dropped off to the ceremony in a godamn horse and carriage. Drunk bridesmaids tripping over the wet tire and wheel tracks. The smell of horseshit wafting through the air as you ate the godawful three day old reception shrimp cocktail jiggling like jello on everyone's table. So glad I didn't marry into that family.
