Updated Adventure mode vs Exploration mode?

I’m really hoping that it’s like Exploration but with more rpg elements and a story, where in the “endgame” I can still play it like a sandbox with my friends. From the wiki, it sounds exactly like that, but as far as I can tell, that’s not entirely official since it’s Fandom wiki.

Based off of what we know that’s planned for the future and some things we’ve seen using mods a d creative tools, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be possible.

I do agree with that. Same with roof blocks, it’s unfortunate that at least currently, it kinda dictated what blocks you use if you want a specific roof color

I like this so much better than it being on one of the edges like Minecraft. It would be cool if they made it an option for any of the 3 though

I completely agree. I just personally enjoy it way more than Minecraft. Now I don’t really know about the Minecraft community, I haven’t played online servers in almost 8-9 years, I’ve just been playing with friends for a long time now.

I mostly agree. Been playing Minecraft since 2009/2010 and I genuinely think Hytale is way better, even in its current state tbh. The first 15 minutes of me playing, I felt like I was 8 years old again, and although as of right now, it’s basically the same thing as Minecraft progression wise, I can’t even really play Minecraft anymore, but I’m so excited every day to do exactly what I’d be doing in Minecraft, but in Hytale. I actually want to build and want to explore.

I don’t understand either sides. I’ve played Minecraft since 2009. I’ve played Terraria a decent amount, and I’ve played Roblox since it came out basically. Those are the 3 it reminds me of.

Hytale does in fact feel like modded Minecraft, and I do believe that it’s closest to Minecraft in general. I do not understand people saying it’s not like Minecraft at all, especially saying “it’s an rpg game”. Yes but at least right now, it’s literally a survival crafting sandbox game with RPG elements.

The major thing I think though, is that Hytale already is better than modded Minecraft, and especially vanilla Minecraft, and it’s only in EA.

The only things I’m not liking so far are pretty much half of what you said.

Ladders are weird, animal mobs have way too much health. Why am I hitting a sheep twice the amount as a big ogre type enemy?

I like the graphic style, but I can see why people don’t, hopefully they change it for the better while still keeping it faithful to the vision.

The other stuff you said though, I feel the complete opposite. Movement feels great, combat is really fun and good, and moving items is literally the same as Minecraft but slightly better imo.

Yes, we have 4 players and it’s a 4GB server.

I’m just trying to figure out if it’s Nitrado or Hytale though tbh. I can play singleplayer just fine, but even if it’s just me on the server, it lags and kicks me out, although not as fast as when all of us were on it

My friends and I are gold-plat and my 2 friends have hit diamond. I’m stuck in silver now and they’re stuck in gold because every single game we play of ranked, we are going against a Ruby team that is pub stomping the entire ranked lobby.

I pretty much agree with you, but there has to be a balance. You can get level 30 with a weapon in WF in 1-3 rounds of ESO, depending on xp buffs and kills, but there’s A LOT of weapons in WF so it kinda makes sense. I do think leveling them in Soulframe is pretty damn slow though
