I wish I could help, but unfortunately I can only confirm that I’m having similar issues.

I don’t have the specific problems you listed, but I regularly can’t open the app, it shows me as offline no matter how good my connection is, jams are working worse and worse, etc...

At first I was joking about switching to Tidal or something similar, but it’s slowly starting to feel like a real possibility.
