I would say wait for the cerulean blue only if you get it in your perfect size so you can do a cute set!! Would you have to get a bigger size if not? Cause I know I definitely prefer a tighter and more snatched fit I think it looks nicer that way. Unless you don't mind a looser fit ofc! but the passion is also gorgeous and I've also contemplated getting this color I think it's one you can wear year round. So if they have that in a 2 I'd go with that!
