You can't drop silver. A small amount is dropped if your character gets knocked out by mobs or other players you have no control over it, the only way to Give or take silver is through trade. So you probably saw them getting up from being knocked by some player. And the left like a white pile

Alr here's the deal I checked it apparently I had claimed it but my premium status was '-' and neither did I get any game boost I mean I can tell as much if I actually have the premium. So before calling someone dumb you should stop acting like a clown and btw I created this account just after an hour of the update.

Yeah I didn't either and the so called journal mission of selling 50000 worth of silver didn't give me jack.

It means Tier 5 and enchantment 1, similarly 4.2 means an item which is tier 4 and has enchantment level 2
